As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help capture the people, problem- solving, and craftsmanship behind those projects through proposals, photography, social media, website content, and marketing materials that showcase the impact of our work.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism
or equivalent professional experience - 3–5 years of marketing, graphic design, or proposal coordination experience in a
professional service or B2B environment - Strong design portfolio featuring multi-page layouts, brand-consistent creative,
and photography samples - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Comfort behind a camera and the curiosity to translate technical work into
compelling content - Willingness to work full time, in person, in Redding, California
