The project consisted of a 3-story, 106,000-square-foot administration office and a 3-story, 100,000-square-foot parking structure.  The office facility was framed with structural steel.  The parking structure was framed with precast, prestressed concrete.  

This project consisted of vacant lot improvements including site grading, demolition and removal of existing features, and construction of a precast concrete screen wall.
