Larry Kepple Memorial Scholarship
The 2026-2027 Scholarship Applications are now open. Applications are due on or before April 3, 2026.
PURPOSE
PACE Engineering, Inc. will be awarding four (4) $1,500 scholarships to qualifying candidates who will be attending college to study civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, computer, or water/wastewater engineering or geomatics (surveying) for the 2026-2027 school year.

Application Instructions
CRITERIA
- Must be a graduating senior from a high school located in Shasta County.
- Applicants must be completing high school successfully with a minimum unweighted GPA of
3.0 on a 4.0 scale. - Applicants must be accepted as a full-time student at a college, university, or trade school
program for the upcoming academic semester. - Applicants must have a passion and commitment for a career in engineering.
- Applicants must demonstrate a passion for community service.
TIMELINE
- Applications are due on or before April 3, 2026.
- Scholarships will be announced May 1, 2026.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Scholarship applicants must provide the following documents in PDF format (links are not acceptable):
- Completed PACE Engineering, Inc. Scholarship Application Form.
- Unofficial high school transcript.
- Two letters of recommendation.
- Examples of community service.
- Proof of acceptance at an academic, vocational, or technical school for post-secondary
studies. - Incomplete submissions (application and supporting documentation) will not be considered.
